The building has a simple, rectangular shape with a gable roof inclined at a 45° angle. The exterior walls are finished with light wooden planks (e.g., Siberian larch), and the roof is covered with flat steel sheets in a light steel color or galvanized. All roof trims are in the same color.
On the longer sides of the building, the roof extends significantly, creating an overhang that clearly separates the first floor from the ground floor. The gable walls are flat, with the roof slightly extending over them to provide weather protection. The triangular sections of the gable walls have finer cladding, emphasizing the contrast between the ground floor and the attic.
The building's facades are designed symmetrically, with repetitive windows based on a structural grid with a 1.25 m module. However, each facade has its own character, tailored to the function and layout of the interior spaces.
The front facade is the calmest, featuring a centrally located entrance, two French windows on either side, and roof windows aligned with the openings on the ground floor. The rear facade has a more postmodern feel, with more freely arranged windows of irregular shapes.
The side facade facing the living room has a large, three-part terrace window, while the shorter facade on the private side has only a single, centrally located balcony window and a central oculus on the upper floor.
